Zer Testing and AB Dynamics make their debut at the annual automotive testing exhibition. As a "specialized, international, and branded" automotive testing and communication platform, ATE Shanghai has attracted many well-known domestic and foreign manufacturers to participate in the exhibition. The grand exhibition booth of Zel and ABD, covering an area of over 100 square meters, features a dazzling array of automotive testing products, attracting numerous visitors to come and inquire.

At the United Nations World Forum for the Coordination of Vehicle Regulations, the "Three Pillar Method" was proposed as a new approach for future high-level autonomous driving testing and verification. Wheel speed sensor

The wireless wheel speed sensor SENWS1 is a device that can detect wheel speed and temperature in real time. The system transmits the collected wheel speed and temperature wirelessly to the receiving end, which outputs the data from the CAN/Ethernet interface, making it very convenient to monitor the wheel speed and temperature.

Steering wheel

The RLSTSENSOR series sensors are specifically designed for modern vehicle steering wheels, such as passenger cars and multi-purpose vehicles. The introduction of new driving assistance systems requires better performance testing equipment. Perfectly meet the needs of modern automotive engineering.Reducing size and weight, the sensor has a high breaking torque. Sensors can be equipped with interchangeable adapters for connecting to the steering shaft transmission device. It is also equipped with switch reset torque and angle. The offset is stored and remains available even after voltage loss or restart. Through the CAN bus, the output can be set to zero at any point. Calibration data is stored in sensor components, allowing users to replace sensor components as needed.

3iSDR

VBOX 3iS dual antenna RTK is a compact GNSS assisted inertial navigation system (INS) that supports Ethernet connection with robots and can use wheel speed data from the vehicle's CAN bus. VBOX 3iS dual antenna supports RTK (Real Time Kinematic) and can provide centimeter accuracy when used in conjunction with RTK base stations or other RTCMv3 correction sources (such as NTRIP). This enables it to be used as a moving target, as part of VBOX ADAS setup, or in conjunction with a steering robot, connected via Ethernet.


LabSat

LabSat is a GPS simulator with recording and playback functions, which enables global GPS testing to be conducted in the laboratory. It can be used to test and develop GPS smartphones, portable navigation devices, GPS tracking systems, and calibrate GPS products such as VBOX systems.
