Wheel load gauge

Tire temperature and pressure sensor
Tire temperature and pressure sensor is a device that can detect tire pressure and temperature in real time. This device provides one high-precision air pressure sensor for detecting tire pressure, as well as three high-precision temperature measurement channels for collecting tire temperature. The measurement data of this device is output through the CAN interface. This device comes with a large capacity battery inside, which does not require disassembly during use, making it easy to use. It also has a remaining power prompt function, avoiding the annoyance of users not knowing how much power is left and being unable to estimate the usage time, which may affect the test results.

Shift force sensor -SENGF1
SENGF1 is installed on the original gear knob on the gear lever of the vehicle, that is, at the handle of the gear lever on the vehicle, and will measure the force required for gear shifting, which is used for the sliding door opening and closing force measurement and the gear lever shift test. Can measure two-way or three-way force. Adapters and interfaces allow a SENGF1 to be installed to most vehicles simply and quickly. The geometry and size of the sensor mean that it is an ergonomic original gear knob. SENGF1 is easy to install and can be used on vehicles or test benches. The optional version provides a direct high output.

Hand brake force transducer SENHBF
The design philosophy of SENHBF is to allow for quick and easy installation when measuring the force applied to the car handbrake handle. Through special strain gauge arrangement and sensor structure design, accurate measurement results can be obtained regardless of the point of force application. The clamping ring facilitates the quick and easy installation of the sensor under the handle. Therefore, SENHBF is compatible with most models of handbrake.

PEDAL FORCE TRANSDUCER- SENBR1
SENBR1 pedal force sensor is used for pedal load test. Its shape design allows the sensor to be easily mounted on any vehicle pedal or fatigue/durability test bench.
Because the forces on the brake pedal, clutch pedal and accelerator pedal to be studied vary from small cars to heavy trucks, we offer different measurement ranges from 200N to 2000N.
With the internal mechanical decoupling design, the accuracy is 1%FS for different applied force point positions. The test data is output through the analog signal, and it can also be equipped with a small hand-held display, which is convenient for observing the test data during the test.
Main features:
1. 500 to 2000 N range;
2. Minimum nonlinearity and hysteresis ≤ 0.1%;
3. Ultra-light aluminum alloy material;
