Wireless wheel speed sensor
Wireless wheel speed sensor
The system is an innovative system for wirelessly measuring wheel speed and temperature without any additional mechanical connection. The system does not require a stator or additional reference points and provides measurements on test benches and outdoors, even in harsh conditions such as mud, snow and dust. The linearity of the device is typically 0.2% better. Impact on the axle also does not affect the results, fully supporting various wheel speed tests under the vehicle's dynamic performance.
The system includes four measuring modules and one receiving module. The measurement module has a built-in speed sensor, a three-channel temperature measurement module, a rechargeable battery, and a wireless transmission module. The sensor can directly obtain the wheel speed and wheel temperature on the wheel by fixing the wheel screw. The transmission protocol of the receiving module is 2.4G, and the signal and temperature of four wireless measurement modules are simultaneously received and output through the CAN protocol.

The wireless brake pad temperature transmission module is a device that can detect the temperature of the brake pads in real time. The device is divided into a transmitter and a receiver. Low Profile Pedal Force Sensor
SENBR1 pedal force sensor is used for pedal load test. Its shape design allows the sensor to be easily mounted on any vehicle pedal or fatigue/durability test bench.
Since the force on the accelerator and clutch pedals varies from small cars to heavy trucks, we offer different measurement ranges from 200N to 2000N. With the internal mechanical decoupling design, the accuracy is 1%FS for different applied force point positions. In addition, a portable and compact handheld display is optional, which is convenient for real-time observation of test values, and the measurement data can be output to the data acquisition equipment through the CAN protocol or analog signal.
