ZEER Showcases Cutting-Edge ADAS Testing Technologies at the ASEAN NCAP International Conference

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia | October 28–30, 2025

ZEER’s Southeast Asian joint venture, MSZ, participated in the ASEAN NCAP International Conference (SHIFT)organized by the Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research (MIROS). The event brought together experts in vehicle safety and testing from across the globe and Southeast Asia to discuss the latest developments in road safety innovation, ADAS testing, and intelligent transportation technologies.

During the conference, Mr. Andrew Pick, Director of Proving Ground Testing Equipment at ABD (UK), delivered a keynote speech titled “ADAS Testing — LP80 Motorcycle Platform and Targets.” He emphasized the importance of developing high-precision and flexible ADAS testing solutions tailored to the complex and diverse traffic conditions of Southeast Asia.

In the exhibition session, MSZ showcased a series of globally advanced testing systems, including:

  1. ABD (UK)’s latest-generation HALO driving robot, the GST120 dynamic motion platform capable of speeds up to 120 km/h, and the compact LP80 motorcycle testing platform;

  2. Racelogic (UK)’s newest VBOX 4 and VBOX ADAS systems, offering outstanding data acquisition and validation accuracy;

  3. A range of passive safety testing devices, including crash test dummies and calibration tools, fully demonstrating ZEER’s comprehensive strength in both active and passive safety testing.

The ZEER-MSZ booth attracted significant attention from automotive manufacturers, research institutions, and industry experts. Visitors highly praised ZEER’s precision testing technologies and user-oriented design philosophy. MIROS representatives also acknowledged ZEER’s contribution to enhancing testing accuracy and advancing regional road safety standards.

On October 30, during a proving ground demonstration, the MSZ technical team showcased the LP80 platform’s exceptional control precision and rapid target setup capability. Despite the heat exceeding 35°C, the live audience remained highly engaged, witnessing firsthand the remarkable accuracy, stability, and ease of use of ABD and Racelogic’s testing equipment.

ZEER’s active participation once again underscored its strong commitment to supporting ASEAN NCAP’s mission — “Safer Mobility for All.”
With its cutting-edge testing technologies and deep regional expertise, ZEER and MSZ will continue to lead the advancement of vehicle safety, ADAS validation, and testing automation across Southeast Asia.
