The BOLAB system provides unique solutions for electrical testing based on standards such as LV123, VW 80300, IS021498-2, MBN 11123, PSA B217112, etc.

To test these standards, high-voltage DC power supply, four quadrant amplifier system, and high-voltage artificial network are the main components. All of these components are part of BOLAB's product portfolio. BOLAB's high-voltage power solution can be used for 500V, 1000V, or 1500V. Through modular design, power modules ranging from 15 kW to 54 kW are available for selection. These can be used as individual units or stacked modules in parallel, with a total power of up to 540kW. There will be no problem with module expansion in the future. In addition, third-party high-voltage power sources can also be integrated into BOLAB's system for use.

For voltage ripple immunity testing, BOLAB's four quadrant amplifier system is used as a ripple generator. This flexibility allows for the establishment of two or even three independent testing systems and their combination when the DUT requires higher power. Whether it is a high-voltage DC power supply or a four quadrant amplifier system, BOLAB can guarantee unparalleled speed. BOLAB's high-voltage DC power supply has excellent rise and fall times, less than 200 μ s. The four quadrant amplifier provides higher performance, achieving a time of less than 1.5 μ s. For ripple testing, the main function of the high-voltage artificial impedance network is to reproduce the impedance of the vehicle power network through electrical means, that is, to simulate the electrical environment close to the actual vehicle through a device, so as to achieve the simulation of the high-voltage load power environment of the vehicle even without an actual vehicle. This solves the problem of ripple and voltage slope generated by major OEMs and automotive component suppliers during the research and development stage of testing components, reduces the possibility of excessive interference between components during the integration of new energy electric vehicles, and greatly improves the safety of vehicle manufacturing and use.
