More Than Selling Equipment—Helping Customers Solve Problems
Kong also shared a project experience involving a customer in Indonesia.
The customer had purchased a large amount of testing equipment based on a procurement list from overseas suppliers. However, due to limited experience in system integration, the equipment could not be fully utilized.
While providing technical training, the MSZ engineering team proactively assisted the customer with equipment commissioning and complete system integration, enabling the testing system to operate successfully and deliver its intended value.
